Our goal was to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform that streamlines the hiring process for businesses. We aimed to simplify complex workflows and provide a seamless experience for conducting and reviewing video interviews. We strived for presenting complex data in a user-friendly manner through interactive visualizations in order to allow users to easily grasp valuable insights without any hassle. Ultimately, the objective was to enhance the user experience, save time and resources for businesses, and facilitate better decision-making in the hiring process.

The Solution

We designed two web apps for employees and employers respectively and a landing page for iVCV.

Employee Web App

Through this web app, candidates can create and manage their profiles, upload resumes, and showcase their skills and qualifications. They can browse and apply for job openings, deliver video interviews, and receive updates on their application status. The employee web app provides a user-friendly interface for candidates to showcase their talents and connect with potential employers.

Employer Web App

This web app provides a comprehensive set of features for businesses to streamline their hiring process. Employers can create and manage job postings, review and evaluate candidate profiles and video interviews, and access detailed reports on each candidate.

Landing Page

It serves as the gateway to the platform, providing an engaging and informative introduction to its features and benefits. It aims to fascinate visitors and turn them into potential users by showcasing the unique advantages of iVCV.

The process

The process

Our user-centric design process for iVCV began by gaining a thorough understanding of the entire business process and objectives. Building upon this knowledge, we developed an information architecture and then translated it into wireframes. This laid the foundation for the following stage of high-fidelity designs. With attention to detail, we transformed these wireframes into high-fidelity designs that reflected the desired user experience. During the design process, we maintained ongoing collaboration and open communication with the client. This collaborative approach resulted in a tailored and effective design solution for iVCV.

The first step was to understand the entire process and business objectives. Detailed research was conducted to identify the problems and scenarios users may encounter (especially fleet drivers). Our next step was to create an information architecture, design wireframes, and then develop high fidelity designs. We kept in touch with the client throughout the design process to get their valuable feedback. This Project was developed in collaboration with Onyx Ocean Technologies.
