iVCV is an AI-based HR tool designed to revolutionize the hiring process for businesses. It provides features such as video interviews, which allow companies to assess candidates' skills and personalities more effectively. iVCV generates detailed reports on each candidate, giving businesses valuable insights to make informed hiring decisions. With this platform, organizations can save time and resources, optimising their recruitment efforts and finding the most suitable talent to fulfil their requirements.
Our goal was to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform that streamlines the hiring process for businesses. We aimed to simplify complex workflows and provide a seamless experience for conducting and reviewing video interviews. We strived for presenting complex data in a user-friendly manner through interactive visualizations in order to allow users to easily grasp valuable insights without any hassle.
Ultimately, the objective was to enhance the user experience, save time and resources for businesses, and facilitate better decision-making in the hiring process.
We designed two web apps for employees and employers respectively and a landing page for iVCV.
Through this web app, candidates can create and manage their profiles, upload resumes, and showcase their skills and qualifications. They can browse and apply for job openings, deliver video interviews, and receive updates on their application status. The employee web app provides a user-friendly interface for candidates to showcase their talents and connect with potential employers.
Our user-centric design process for iVCV began by gaining a thorough understanding of the entire business process and objectives. Building upon this knowledge, we developed an information architecture and then translated it into wireframes. This laid the foundation for the following stage of high-fidelity designs. With attention to detail, we transformed these wireframes into high-fidelity designs that reflected the desired user experience. During the design process, we maintained ongoing collaboration and open communication with the client. This collaborative approach resulted in a tailored and effective design solution for iVCV.
