TR Flat Roof Repair is a family-run flat roofing company in Toronto that specializes in industrial, residential, and commercial roof repair and replacement. They wanted to redesign their previous website so they hired us for this job.
The existing website design lacked an inspiring design and a clear content organization. After analyzing business goals and market position we decided to build a multi-page website with a home page and supporting pages so as to manage the content effectively and to allow visitors easy access to the required information.
We have a well-designed and functional home page that reflects a clear idea about the company, scope, and services with fresh and quality content. A form above the fold has been found to be critical in terms of conversion, engagement, and user experience. For that reason, we have added a ‘Get free estimate’ form right above the fold to ensure easy interaction and usage. Other important sections include clients, services, areas/premises, and FAQs.
The purpose of this page is to inform the visitor about the company, its operations, and its work ethos. Visitors can also use this page to enquire about how the company engages with its customers and adopt a path to deliver its services.
We have a services page that includes 5 major services offered by TR flat roof repair. Each service is explained in great detail including methods of operation, adopted precautionary measures, and types of properties for that particular service. The design challenge was to manage this much content for each service on one page. So, we opted to use tabs like a sub-header which sticks with the main header when the user scrolls down and each tab contains content for only one service. This allowed us to manage all the content of services in one page.
