CallX is a leader in generating inbound calls for leading brands, agencies, and ad networks. They offer services in a variety of fields like credit repair, life insurance, auto & home insurance, and many others. They wanted to redesign their website to improve user experience and get more conversions.

The previous CallX website design had major UX issues like unclear CTAs, inadequate content structure, confusing navigation, and outdated UI. Our goal was to primarily redesign the whole website and fix all the above-mentioned issues. Also, we worked closely with the client and suggested valuable additions in terms of SEO and website performance.

After finalizing the wireframes, we decided to start with the home page of the website to pique the visitor’s interests and prompt them to delve deeper into the website. The home page displays clients, services, the process, and all essential information about the business in clear and distinctive sections.

Color, design, layout, and functionality affect how a user perceives a business. There is a sharp transition within sections so that they are well-highlighted and visually interesting. We used a darker shade of blue with gradients as the main theme adding a sense of confidence as it helps customers in making a positive opinion about the business.
